Acceptable pets include cats, dogs (full or mixed breeds of these animals are not acceptable): Chow, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier and Rottweiler); fish (50 gallon tank size limited with Manager&rsquo;s prior written approval); and select birds only. Prohibited pets include, but are not limited to, monkeys, snakes, ferrets, iguanas, potbelly pigs and rabbits.<br /><br />There is a limit of two pets per apartment-pet photos and veterinary records must be provided for our files prior to move in and updated upon time of renewal.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />The pet fee is $400 non refundable and a monthly pet rent of $25, per pet.
